🚚 Order Processing & Production Times

All of our products are made to order and go into production within 24 hours after purchase. Production times vary by product category:

• 2D Apparels: 1–2 business days

• 3D Apparels: 2–6 business days

• Footwear, Rugs, Blankets: 6–10 business days

• Leather Handbags: 12–15 business days

Please note: Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons due to increased demand.

🌍 Shipping Information

We ship worldwide. Orders are typically shipped from our facilities in China via Yun Express or DHL, and handed off to your local carrier (e.g., USPS in the USA) for final delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• USA: 10–15 business days

• International: 15–25 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a tracking link via email so you can monitor its progress.

💼 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

Please ensure you’re familiar with your local customs policies.

Packages returned due to unpaid customs duties will be refunded minus the shipping cost once the item is received back.
