At BeeBeeT, most of our products are made on demand and produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Because of the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility
Because our products are made on demand and produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind,
incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, incorrect design selection, incorrect product selection, or other customer errors.
Return, refund, or replacement requests are only accepted if the item you received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from your order.
If your item has an issue, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 3 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.
To be eligible for review, the item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, in its original condition, and supported by clear photo or video evidence showing the issue.
Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Return packages sent without our prior confirmation or return instructions may be refused,
rejected, or not eligible for refund or replacement.
2. Made-to-Order and Print-on-Demand Products
All print-on-demand and personalized products are created after your order is submitted. Once production has started, the item is made specifically for you
and cannot be restocked or resold in most cases.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds due to:
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Choosing the wrong size
- Choosing the wrong color
- Choosing the wrong product type or variant
- Choosing the wrong design
- Entering incorrect personalization details
- Uploading an incorrect, low-quality, or unsuitable image
- Not reading the product description, size chart, or product details before ordering
- Minor color differences caused by screen display settings
- Minor size variations caused by manual measurement or production process
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will review your request if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered.
To submit a claim, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
- Photos of the shipping label and package, if the package arrived damaged
- Any other information requested by our Customer Support team
Claims without clear evidence may be declined. We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies for a refund, replacement, or other solution
based on the evidence provided.
4. Footwear Size Notice
For footwear products, sizing may differ slightly from standard shoe sizes due to product style, material, and production method.
Customers are responsible for checking the size chart, especially the insole length, before placing an order.
Since footwear products are made after the order is placed, we do not accept returns, refunds, replacements, or size changes if the shoes are too tight,
too wide, too small, too large, or otherwise unsuitable due to incorrect size selection by the customer.
5. Return Approval Required
All return requests must be approved by our Customer Support team before the item is sent back.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
We are not responsible for items returned without prior approval, items returned to the wrong address, or items lost during return shipping.
Unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is required due to an error confirmed by us, such as a defective item,
damaged item, or wrong item being delivered.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
If you are returning an approved item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Refunds
Refunds are not automatically granted. Once we receive and review your request, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or declined.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Shipping fees, handling fees, and other non-product charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our confirmed error.
8. Replacements
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by our production process, printing error, defective item, damaged item, or incorrect item,
we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement decisions are made at our discretion after reviewing the evidence provided by the customer.
We do not provide replacements for customer errors, including incorrect size, color, product type, design, personalization, or shipping information.
9. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements in the following cases:
- The request is submitted more than 3 days after delivery
- The item has been used, washed, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
- The customer changed their mind after ordering
- The customer selected the wrong size, color, product, design, or variant
- The customer entered incorrect personalization details
- The customer uploaded an incorrect or low-quality image
- The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- The package was returned to sender due to incorrect address information
- The package was returned due to missed delivery attempts
- The customer refused to receive the package
- The tracking information shows the package was delivered
- The package was lost, stolen, or missing after confirmed delivery
- The customer did not contact us before returning the item
- The issue is caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or improper care
10. Returned to Sender or Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, missed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery,
or failure to collect the package, we are not responsible for refunding, replacing, or reshipping the order free of charge.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Please carefully review your shipping details before submitting your order.
11. Lost or Stolen Packages After Delivery
If the shipping carrier confirms that the package was delivered, the order will be considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after confirmed delivery.
In this situation, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors, household members,
building management, front desk staff, or your local post office.
12. Order Changes and Cancellations
Change and cancellation requests are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this period, your order may already be processed, sent to production, or prepared for fulfillment.
Once production has started, we cannot guarantee that any change or cancellation request can be accepted.

and the exact change you would like to make.
13. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, bank, or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
