At BeeBeeT, most of our products are made on demand and produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Because production may begin shortly after purchase, cancellation and modification requests are only accepted under limited conditions.

1. Can I Cancel My Order?
Cancellation requests may only be accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this period, your order may already be processed, sent to production, or prepared for fulfillment.
Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled.
2. Why Do We Not Accept Late Cancellations?
Our products are printed on demand and many items are custom-made for special occasions, gifts, or personal use.
Each product is produced specifically for the customer who placed the order and usually cannot be restocked, reused, or resold to another customer.
For this reason, we do not accept late cancellations once the order has been processed or production has started.
3. Can I Modify My Order?
Modification requests may only be accepted within 12 hours of placing your order, and only if the order has not yet entered production.
Possible modifications may include changes to size, color, design, personalization details, shipping address, or other order information.
However, we cannot guarantee that any requested change can be made.
4. Why Do We Not Accept Late Modifications?
Once an order has been sent to production, the production process may begin immediately.
At that stage, product details such as size, color, design, personalization, or shipping information may no longer be editable.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before completing checkout.
5. Cancellation and Modification Timeframe
We usually accept cancellation or modification requests within 12 hours after the order is placed.
However, depending on order volume, product type, and production schedule, some orders may enter production sooner.
Submitting a request within 12 hours does not guarantee that the request will be approved.
We will review the order status and confirm whether cancellation or modification is still possible.
6. Can I Cancel an Order After It Has Shipped?
No. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

7. Customer Errors
We are not responsible for customer errors submitted at checkout, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect color selection
- Incorrect design or product variant
- Incorrect personalization details
- Incorrect uploaded image or low-quality image
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Duplicate orders placed by mistake
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible within the allowed cancellation or modification window.
After the order has been processed or entered production, we may not be able to make any changes.
